Microwave Links

Broadband Digital Mobile Interconnection

We help ensure communication even where cable infrastructure is lacking.

Where cables are absent

In the second half of the 20th century, analog radio-relay links were used alongside carrier telephony systems for the wireless transmission of dozens to thousands of telephone calls or for broadcasting radio or television signals. Today, digital microwave systems, used for telecommunications and/or data communication, are completely dominant.

Microwave links offer signal transmission over distances of up to dozens of kilometers. They are utilized where there is a need to replace missing cable infrastructure, for example, when building last miles. Their advantages include easy and rapid deployment, the possibility of relocating the technology, and cost savings on the communication link.

In the radio-relay link (RRL) solutions we supply, Ericsson's MiniLink series systems are primarily utilized. However, we can also provide solutions based on alternative equipment from Motorola and potentially other manufacturers.
